Terms of Service

NL: Je bestelling zal tijdens de weekdagen verwerkt en verzonden worden binnen de 48 uren. Artikelen met voorbestelling zullen een leveringstermijn van ongeveer 4 weken hebben. Geen enkele vertraging kan aanleiding geven tot verbreking van de aankoop of betaling van schadevergoedingen.
Aangezien alle HANN Jewelry handgemaakt is in Thailand, zullen juwelen die niet meer op voorraad zijn enige periode doorlopen vooraleer ze opnieuw beschikbaar zijn.

HANN Jewelry is niet aansprakelijk voor:
- directe of indirecte schade van gelijk welke aard, veroorzaakt door de klant of tijdens de verzending
- verlies van de aankoop door de klant of het transportbedrijf
- foutieve afleveradressen opgegeven door de klant
- vertraging in de levering als gevolg van overmacht

HANN Jewelry behoudt zich het recht voor:
- bestellingen te weigeren met mislukte betalingsautorisatie

FR: Votre commande sera traitée et expédiée en semaine dans les 48 heures. Les articles en précommande seront expédiés endéans environ 4 semaines. Aucun retard ne peut entraîner l'annulation de l'achat ou le paiement de dommages-intérêts.
Comme tous les HANN Jewelry sont faits à main en Thaïlande, les bijoux qui ne sont plus en stock passeront par une certaine période avant d'être à nouveau disponibles.

HANN Jewelry n'est pas responsable:
- des dommages directs ou indirects de toute nature, causés par le client ou lors de l'expédition
- de la perte de l'achat par le client ou du transporteur
- des adresses de livraison incorrectes fournies par le client
- du retard de livraison en conséquence de force majeure

HANN Jewelry se réserve le droit:
- de refuser des commandes en cas d'échec de l'autorisation de paiement
